For orders not placed online on the website (email, telephone, etc.), the customer acknowledges having read and expressly declares acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale upon receipt and does not dispute the order confirmation email.
The general terms and conditions of sale are those in effect on the website on the date the customer confirms the order. The general terms and conditions of sale are valid for the duration necessary to provide the goods and services subscribed to.

5• ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You can use the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, and PayPal. If the payment is declined by the authorization center, we will not be able to ship the order.

6• DELIVERY
​
Delivery costs for our online store are based on product volume and weight, according to the current postal rates and those of our carrier DHL. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. SARAH ALOISI PARIS cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

7• GUARANTEES, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make changes to your order, modify the delivery address, or add products, please contact us by email at info@sarahaloisiparis.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please keep all documents and original packaging and contact us by email at info@sarahaloisiparis.com.

The customer has fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs, where applicable, in accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

The fourteen (14) day period begins upon receipt of the products. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. SARAH ALOISI PARIS recommends that customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal inform our customer service department by email at info@sarahaloisiparis.com.
Beyond this fourteen (14) day period, the sale is final.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 business days after receipt of the request. SARAH ALOISI PARIS will refund and/or exchange goods provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept worn, used, altered, or damaged goods.
The full amount of the returned product will be credited to the credit card used to pay for the product. Your credit card account will be credited when the returned product is processed, and the credit will appear on your next statement. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless SARAH ALOISI PARIS made an error in the original delivery. We recommend shipping the merchandise via DHL or insured parcel post for better tracking.

Product returns are the customer's responsibility and must be returned in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, and indicating the order number to which the products relate. SARAH ALOISI PARIS will not provide refunds or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

SARAH ALOISI PARIS reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange requests for any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. Exchanging a product purchased through sarahaloisiparis.com involves two steps:
- Make a selection on the website to identify and purchase the replacement product;
- Return the original product by following the steps described in the previous section. The returned product must be received by SARAH ALOISI PARIS in its original condition, and the fulfillment of a new order is subject to product availability at SARAH ALOISI PARIS.
